Thank you for shopping with Elevate Me. We take pride in the quality of our coffee and want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our product, coffee is considered a perishable good. As such, it is excluded from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This means:
- We do not accept returns or cancellations for coffee products unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your coffee arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not what you ordered
Please email us at info@elevate-me.net with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us again at info@elevate-me.net.
