We aim to deliver your functional coffee fresh and on time. Below are our standard delivery terms:


Shipping Area

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within Germany
  • Select countries within the European Union

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping (Germany): 2–4 business days
  • EU Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (see promotions at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
