We aim to deliver your functional coffee fresh and on time. Below are our standard delivery terms:
Shipping Area
We currently ship to:
- All regions within Germany
- Select countries within the European Union
If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@elevate-me.net to inquire about custom shipping options.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Times
- Standard Shipping (Germany): 2–4 business days
- EU Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (see promotions at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
